Elysian
Warm wood cabinetry, a Wolf range, and a marble fireplace wall define the open kitchen and living area. A glass-enclosed staircase adds a crisp architectural focal point.

The Westchester
A large kitchen island connects cooking and conversation. A glass-enclosed office and a primary suite with a Japanese-style wet room and private laundry give work and relaxation their own space.

RENOVATION IN PROGRESS
The Manning
Traditional character, reimagined for the way a home lives today.
A main-floor primary suite opens onto a generous covered patio. A dedicated study, upstairs movie theater, and laundry on both floors make room for work, weekends, and everyday life.
A home shaped by its setting. Positioned on two wooded acres to preserve as many existing trees as possible, the Oakmont is an investor residence planned for sale.
Warm brick, an arched stone entry, and a covered porte cochère bring European character to a home with a private primary suite, a dedicated study, and spaces for gathering and recreation.
Our perspective comes from buying, renovating, and developing homes of our own. That experience shapes how we think about a project: how it lives, where the money goes, and which details deserve care.
That experience now extends to custom homes for clients, including coordinating a Dallas project through city and FEMA floodplain requirements. We bring the same commitment to each project: work through the complications, explain the options, and keep the next step clear.
BEFORE YOU BUILD
A little clarity goes a long way.
Questions worth asking before your next home project.
No. Tell us whether you have a lot, plans, or simply an idea. Where you are in the process helps us identify a useful next step.
Can we talk about a renovation, too?
Yes. Share the spaces you want to change, your location, and your approximate budget and timing. We can discuss whether the project is a fit.
Will I get a price from the first conversation?
A meaningful proposal depends on the property, plans, scope, and selections. The first step is understanding your project and identifying what's needed to price it responsibly.
What style of homes do you build?
Traditional, modern, and the thoughtful mix in between. The aim is a home that fits its setting and the way you live, rather than a single prescribed look.
